PRSC Limited Partnership has assumed ownership of approximately 800 acres of land no longer strategic to Catalyst Paper's operations. Lot A, District Lot 450, Group 1, Plan BCP 23890 This 188 acre property is located on the east side of Marine Avenue before entering the Townsite neighbourhood. It is currently zoned A2 - Large Lot Rural and is in the Agricultural Land Reserve. Click here to view a drawing of the lot Lot 1, District Lot 450, BCP 23888 This 34.1 acre property has been designated as the future site of the City of Powell River's Millennium Park and is located on the west side of Marine Avenue stretching from Willingdon Beach Campgrounds to the Western Forest Products haul road. It is currently zoned M3 - Millsite Industrial.
