PRSC Limited Partnership was formed in August 2006 to assume ownership of 800 acres of land from Catalyst Paper Corporation for the purposes of diversifying the Powell River economy and property tax base through the sale and redevelopment of the lands.

The Partnership's three shareholders are...

• Powell River Waterfront Development Corporation (City of Powell River)
• 0606890 BC Ltd. (Catalyst Paper Corporation)
