Governance
The Powell River Regional Economic Development Society is a non-profit organization composed of volunteers from many different sectors of the community who devote countless hours to the operating of the Society and its many committees.
The Board of Directors are elected by the membership of the Society. PRREDS also has 4 Ex-Officio members representing the Sliammon First Nation, City of Powell River, the Powell River Regional District and the Powell River Community Futures Development Corporation.
